This glossary covers all the key terms you'll encounter across the FirstMove Partner Ecosystem. Refer back to this page whenever you need a quick definition.

A partner role for businesses, venues, and event creators who host events through FirstMove. Organisers create events, manage Vibe Zones, and list events on the Marketplace for Promoters to discover.

A partner role for individuals and agencies who market events on behalf of Organisers. Promoters earn commission on every ticket booking they drive through their promotional campaigns.

A hosted experience created by an Organiser. Events have a date, location, description, and one or more ticket types. Events are linked to Vibe Zones and can be listed on the Marketplace.

A category of admission for an event, such as General Admission, VIP, or Early Bird. Each ticket type has its own name, price, and quantity limit.

A location-based digital space tied to a physical venue. FirstMove app users join a Vibe Zone when they arrive at the venue, allowing them to connect with others at the same event. Organisers create and manage Vibe Zones from the partner dashboard.

An event posted to the Marketplace by an Organiser. A listing describes the event and the promotion opportunity, and is what Promoters browse and apply to.

A campaign run by a Promoter for a specific event. A promotion is created when a Promoter's application to a listing is approved. It includes access to promotion assets, performance stats, and earnings tracking.

The platform within the Partner Ecosystem where Organisers list events and Promoters discover and apply to promote them.

Branded marketing materials (images, copy, hero visuals) that Organisers provide to approved Promoters to use in their campaigns.

A confirmed ticket purchase for an event. Bookings are tracked against each event and, where applicable, attributed to the Promoter who drove the sale.

A Stripe Connect account linked to your partner profile. This is where your revenue (for Organisers) or commission (for Promoters) is paid out.

The payment infrastructure used by FirstMove to process partner payouts. You connect your Stripe account via the Finance section of the dashboard.

A role-based access control configuration for a team. It defines which roles can access which features and actions on the partner dashboard.

A group of partner account users with shared access. Teams are used to manage collaborators and assign role-based permissions.

The earnings a Promoter receives for each booking attributable to their promotion. The commission rate is set by the Organiser per event and is visible on the listing detail page.

A date range filter available on the Finance page. Use it to view revenue, earnings, and transactions for a specific time window.

The primary visual image for a Marketplace listing. It's the first thing Promoters see when browsing and should represent the event compellingly.
