Viewing and filtering transaction history
The transaction history table in the Finance section gives you a complete record of all financial activity on your account — from ticket sales and commission payments to payout transfers.
Accessing transaction history
From the left sidebar, click Finance.
Scroll down to the Transactions table, or click the Transactions tab if available.
What each transaction shows
Each row in the transaction table includes:
Date — When the transaction occurred.
Description — A label identifying the event or promotion the transaction relates to.
Type — Whether it's a booking, payout, refund, or commission.
Amount — The transaction value.
Status — Whether the transaction is completed, pending, or failed.
Filtering by date range
Use the Period Selector at the top of the Finance page to filter all financial data — including the transactions table — to a specific date range. This is useful for reconciling monthly records or reviewing a specific event's financial activity.
Pagination
The transaction table displays 20 records per page by default. Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the table to navigate through older transactions.
