Understanding your earnings dashboard

The Finance section of the partner dashboard gives you a real-time view of your revenue, payouts, and financial activity. Here's how to read it.

Accessing the Finance dashboard

Click Finance in the left sidebar. The page loads your financial overview for the current period by default.

The summary grid

At the top of the Finance page you'll see a grid of key financial metrics:

  • Total revenue — Gross income from ticket sales or promotions in the selected period.

  • Payouts processed — Total amount that has been paid out to your connected account.

  • Pending earnings — Revenue that has been earned but not yet paid out.

  • Transactions — Total number of financial transactions in the selected period.

Revenue over time chart

Below the summary grid, the revenue chart shows your earnings plotted over time. Use this to spot trends, seasonal patterns, or the impact of specific promotions and events.

Changing the period

Use the Period Selector at the top of the Finance page to filter your data by a custom date range. This lets you compare performance across different weeks, months, or event cycles.

Promoter Earnings tab

If you are a Promoter, a dedicated Promoter Earnings tab shows a breakdown of commission earned per event. Use this to see exactly which promotions are generating the most income.
