How to interpret the analytics and performance stats available on your Marketplace listings and promotions.

Marketplace analytics and stats

Both Organisers and Promoters have access to performance data through the Marketplace. Understanding these stats helps you evaluate your campaigns and make better decisions.

For Organisers: listing stats

To view stats for a listing:

  1. Go to Marketplace → My Listings.

  2. Click on a listing and select the Stats tab.

You'll see:

  • Total applications — How many Promoters have applied to this listing.

  • Active promoters — How many are currently approved and promoting.

  • Bookings attributed — Total bookings that have been tracked back to a Promoter's campaign.

  • Revenue from promotions — Total revenue generated through Promoter-driven bookings.

For Promoters: promotion stats

To view stats for a promotion you're running:

  1. Go to Marketplace → My Promotions.

  2. Click on a promotion and select the Stats tab.

You'll see:

  • Bookings generated — The number of ticket bookings attributed to your promotion.

  • Earnings to date — Your accumulated commission from this promotion.

  • Conversion data — How your promotion is performing relative to the overall event.

Using stats to improve performance

  • If bookings are low, try refreshing your content with different assets or reaching a new audience segment.

  • Track which channels drive the most conversions by comparing your campaign timing against booking spikes.

  • Compare multiple promotions in your My Promotions tab to identify patterns across events.
