Understanding promotion assets

Promotion assets are the branded materials that Organisers provide to Promoters to use in their marketing campaigns. Well-prepared assets make it easier for Promoters to represent your event accurately and consistently.

What counts as a promotion asset?

  • Images — Event photos, designed graphics, social media-sized banners.

  • Hero image — The primary visual for the listing, displayed prominently in the Marketplace.

  • Carousel images — A set of images Promoters can use across social media posts or stories.

  • Copy — Suggested captions, hashtags, or messaging for Promoters to adapt.

For Organisers: uploading assets

  1. Open the event listing from the My Listings tab in the Marketplace.

  2. Click on the Assets tab.

  3. Upload your files using the upload tool. Images can be added individually or in a batch.

  4. Set a hero image to be used as the main visual for your listing.

Tip: Upload assets before approving Promoters, so they have everything they need the moment they're onboarded.

For Promoters: accessing assets

  1. Open an approved promotion from My Promotions.

  2. Click the Assets tab.

  3. Browse the available images in the carousel view. Click to expand any image in the lightbox for a full-screen preview.

  4. Download the assets you want to use in your campaign.

Image guidelines

For best results, Organisers should provide images at a minimum resolution of 1080x1080px for square formats and 1080x1920px for vertical/story formats.
