Creating an event listing

An event listing is how you make your event visible to Promoters on the Marketplace. A well-crafted listing attracts the right Promoters and gives them everything they need to start promoting confidently.

Before you begin

Make sure you have already created the event in the Events section. A listing is linked to an existing event — you can't create a listing without an underlying event.

Creating a listing

  1. From the left sidebar, click Marketplace.

  2. Go to the My Listings tab.

  3. Click Create Listing.

  4. Fill in the listing details:

    • Event — Select the event this listing is for from the dropdown.

    • Title — A compelling headline for the listing (e.g. "Promote London's biggest summer festival").

    • Description — Describe the event, the audience, and why a Promoter should get involved.

    • Commission rate — The percentage or fixed amount Promoters will earn per booking.

    • Promotion window — The start and end dates for the promotion period.

  5. Upload a hero image to represent the listing in the Marketplace. A strong visual significantly increases click-through from Promoters.

  6. Click Save to publish your listing to the Marketplace.

Managing your listings

All your listings are visible in the My Listings tab. Click on any listing to view applications from Promoters, approve or decline applicants, and update your listing details.

Adding promotion assets

After creating a listing, head to the Assets tab within the listing to upload images, copy, and other materials for approved Promoters to use. See Understanding promotion assets for details.
