Managing your active promotions
Your promotions dashboard gives you a complete view of every event you're promoting — from pending applications to active campaigns and completed promotions.
Accessing your promotions
From the left sidebar, click Marketplace.
Select the My Promotions tab.
Understanding promotion statuses
Each promotion in your list has a status that tells you where things stand:
Pending — Your application has been submitted and is awaiting the Organiser's review.
Approved — The Organiser has accepted your application. You can now access assets and begin promoting.
Active — Your promotion campaign is live and tracking bookings.
Declined — Your application was not accepted for this event.
Completed — The event has passed and the promotion is closed.
Viewing a promotion's details
Click on any promotion in the list to open the promotion detail page.
From here you can switch between tabs:
Overview — Event details, promotion terms, and key dates.
Assets — Marketing materials provided by the Organiser (images, copy, etc.).
Stats — Performance data including bookings generated and earnings so far.
Downloading promotion assets
In the Assets tab, you can view and download images, carousels, and other promotional materials provided by the Organiser. Use these in your social posts, emails, and other channels.
