Getting started as a Promoter
Once your Promoter account is approved, you can start browsing events to promote and earning commission on every sale you drive. Here's how to get started quickly.
1. Complete your Promoter onboarding
If you haven't already, complete the Promoter onboarding flow from your dashboard. This sets up your profile so Organisers can see who you are and evaluate your application. See How to complete your Promoter onboarding for a full walkthrough.
2. Set up your payout account
Before you can receive earnings, connect your payout account in the Finance section. You'll need to link a Stripe Connect account — this is where your commission payments will land.
3. Browse the Marketplace
Head to the Marketplace in the left sidebar to browse events that are available for promotion. You can filter by city, date, and event type to find opportunities that match your audience.
4. Apply to promote an event
When you find an event you want to promote, click Apply to Promote. You may be asked to share details about how you plan to promote the event. The Organiser will then review and approve or decline your application.
5. Access your promotion assets
Once approved, you'll gain access to the event's promotion assets — images, copy, and other materials you can use in your campaigns. Find these in the Assets tab of your active promotion.
6. Track your performance
Your My Promotions table shows all your active and past promotions. Use the stats view to track how many sales and bookings you've generated.
