Managing Vibe Zones from the dashboard
Vibe Zones are location-based digital spaces that FirstMove users join when they arrive at your venue. As an Organiser, you can create and manage Vibe Zones directly from the partner dashboard to enhance the in-app experience at your events.
What is a Vibe Zone?
A Vibe Zone is a geofenced area tied to a physical location — like your venue, event floor, or a specific area within your space. When attendees open the FirstMove app at that location, they enter your Vibe Zone and can connect with others there. See What is a VibeZone? for more detail on how they work from the consumer side.
Creating a Vibe Zone
From the left sidebar, click Vibe Zones.
Click Create Vibe Zone.
Fill in the details:
Name — A descriptive name for the zone (e.g. "Main Stage", "Rooftop Bar").
Location — Use the map picker to pin your venue's exact location.
City — The city where the zone is located.
Description — Optional: describe the vibe or purpose of this zone.
Click Save to create the Vibe Zone.
Editing a Vibe Zone
From the Vibe Zones list, click on the zone you want to edit.
Click the Edit button.
Update the details and click Save Changes.
Vibe Zone status
Each Vibe Zone displays a status badge — Active, Inactive, or Pending. Only active zones appear in the FirstMove app for users to join.
Analytics
The Vibe Zone detail page includes charts showing check-in activity and engagement over time. Use these to understand when your venue is busiest and how attendees are interacting through the app.
