Understanding your event analytics

Each event on the FirstMove Partner Dashboard has a dedicated analytics view that helps you measure performance, understand your audience, and optimise future events.

Accessing event analytics

  1. From the left sidebar, click Events.

  2. Click on an event to open the Event Detail page.

  3. Analytics and KPIs are displayed on the Overview tab.

Key performance indicators (KPIs)

The stats grid at the top of the page shows your headline metrics at a glance:

  • Total bookings — The number of confirmed ticket orders for this event.

  • Total revenue — Gross revenue generated from ticket sales.

  • Total attendees — Number of unique attendees who have booked.

  • Tickets remaining — How many tickets are still available across all ticket types.

Booking funnel

The funnel chart shows how people move from discovering your event to completing a booking. Use this to identify where potential attendees are dropping off and where you may need to improve your event listing or promotion.

Bookings over time

The booking chart shows how ticket sales have trended over time. Spikes often correspond to promoter campaigns or announcements — use this to evaluate the impact of your marketing activity.

Vibe Zone activity

If you have Vibe Zones linked to this event, the analytics will also include check-in data and engagement metrics from the FirstMove app at your venue.
