How to create, edit, and delete ticket types within your events on the FirstMove partner dashboard.

Managing ticket types

Ticket types define the different categories of admission available for your event. You can create multiple ticket types with different prices and availability limits.

Opening the ticket manager

  1. Navigate to Events and click on the event you want to manage.

  2. From the event detail page, click Manage Tickets.

Creating a ticket type

  1. Click Add Ticket Type.

  2. Enter the following details:

    • Name — e.g. General Admission, VIP, Early Bird.

    • Price — The cost per ticket (set to 0 for free tickets).

    • Quantity — The total number of tickets available for this type.

    • Description — Optional details about what's included.

  3. Click Save to add the ticket type to your event.

Editing a ticket type

  1. In the ticket manager, find the ticket type you want to edit.

  2. Click the Edit icon next to it.

  3. Update the relevant fields and click Save.

Deleting a ticket type

  1. In the ticket manager, find the ticket type you want to remove.

  2. Click the Delete icon and confirm the action.

Note: Deleting a ticket type that already has bookings against it may affect existing orders. Review your bookings before deleting.

Tracking availability

The ticket manager shows a progress indicator for each ticket type, displaying how many tickets have been sold against the total available. This updates in real time as bookings come in.
