A walkthrough of the Organiser and Promoter onboarding flows, including what information is collected and what to expect after submission.

Completing your onboarding

After creating your account, you will be taken through an onboarding flow that sets up your partner profile. Completing onboarding unlocks full access to your dashboard.

Organiser onboarding

The Organiser onboarding collects the information needed to set up your business profile:

  1. Business details — Your organisation name, type, and contact information.

  2. Brand information — Logo, description, and social links.

  3. Location — Your primary venue or operating city.

  4. Review & submit — A summary of your details before final submission.

Promoter onboarding

The Promoter onboarding collects what you need to start finding and applying for promotions:

  1. Personal details — Your name, bio, and contact information.

  2. Audience & reach — Your audience size and preferred channels.

  3. Location preferences — The cities or regions you want to promote in.

  4. Review & submit — A summary before final submission.

Pending approval

After submitting your onboarding form, your application may enter a pending review state while the FirstMove team verifies your details. You will receive an email notification once your account is approved and fully activated.

Resuming a partially completed onboarding

If you left the onboarding flow before finishing, you will be redirected back to where you left off the next time you log in.
