Getting started on the FirstMove Partner Ecosystem takes just a few minutes. Follow the steps below to register and verify your account.

Click Get Started or Sign Up.

Enter your name, email address, and a secure password.

Alternatively, click Continue with Google for a faster setup.

1. Visit the FirstMove Partner portal.
2. Click Get Started or Sign Up.

After registering, check your inbox for a verification email from FirstMove.

Click the verification link in the email.

You will be redirected back to the partner portal with your account now active.

Tip: If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new verification link from the login page.

Once verified, you will be guided through the onboarding flow to set up your profile for your chosen role (Organiser or Promoter). See Completing your onboarding for a full walkthrough.

Use the Forgot Password link on the login page to reset your password via email.
