What is the FirstMove Partner Ecosystem?

The FirstMove Partner Ecosystem is a web-based platform built for businesses and individuals who want to create, promote, and manage events that integrate with the FirstMove app.

While the FirstMove consumer app helps attendees discover events and make real-world connections, the Partner Ecosystem is where everything is orchestrated behind the scenes.

Who is it for?

The Partner Ecosystem is designed for two types of partners:

  • Organisers — Venues, brands, and event creators who host events and manage their audience through FirstMove.

  • Promoters — Individuals and agencies who promote events to earn commission-based income.

What can you do?

From the Partner Dashboard you can:

  • Create and manage events with custom ticket types

  • Set up and manage Vibe Zones at your venue

  • List events on the Marketplace for Promoters to discover

  • Track bookings, revenue, and attendee data in real time

  • Manage a team of collaborators with custom permissions

  • Receive payouts via your connected payout account

How does it connect to the FirstMove app?

When you create an event as an Organiser, it becomes discoverable to FirstMove users through the app. Promoters can then help amplify your reach, driving ticket sales and engagement. Attendee check-ins, bookings, and Vibe Zone activity all sync in real time through the same platform.
